Posters for the campaign
2024
Exam: Graphic Design, third year in ISIA Desig Firenze.
My teammate and I were commissioned to design an awareness campaign for a non-profit organization.
In this project, I was responsible for designing all the illustrations and the visual of the output such as posters and the others.
We chose melanoma prevention as the focus of our campaign because it is a form of skin cancer that, when caught early, is highly treatable. However, despite its severity, melanoma is often underestimated, and many remain unaware of the dangers of sun exposure and the warning signs that could signal a problem. Our campaign aims to raise awareness about the importance of regular skin checks and offer practical tips on how to protect yourself, ultimately helping to reduce cases and save lives.
The aim of the campaign is to inform young people, with an ironic and fun language but at the same time informative and descriptive, that prevention is also possible for free, thanks to the work of some non-profit foundations such as the ANT foundation. Secondly, the campaign also aims to raise awareness among the recipients so that they do not neglect or underestimate the health of their skin. The campaign is aimed at students and young adults.
